Our Story
My passion for nutrition and clean, whole foods began when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during pregnancy. As a lifelong dairy lover, being told to cut back was depressing, as it spiked my blood sugar levels and posed risks to my baby. This diagnosis pushed me to research food combinations and manage my carb intake. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise - I controlled my blood sugar during both pregnancies through diet alone and delivered two healthy children.
Post-delivery, while most women with gestational diabetes return to normal blood sugar levels, I remained prediabetic. Determined to reverse this, I worked with a nutritionist, studied food labels, and discovered how ultra-processed store-bought foods are packed with sugar, chemicals, and fillers. My commitment to clean eating grew stronger, and within a year, I reversed my prediabetes and got off medication by focusing on whole, anti-inflammatory foods.
In 2024, my passion project, “That’s All,” was born. We offer clean, nutritious food products with minimal ingredients. Real food became my way of life - I cook from scratch, source the best ingredients, and embrace the healing power of whole foods. This journey has taught me that what we eat profoundly impacts our health and well-being.
